I recognize that many reviews tend to be fairly straightforward—either praising or critiquing without much depth. However, I wanted to offer a more comprehensive review of the exceptional(!) experience I had working with Kaylee and The Exceptional Plan. If explaining my experience helps someone make the decision to partner with The Exceptional Plan that much easier, it will have been worth the effort.

Initially, I was hesitant about moving forward with The Exceptional Plan. Entrusting someone else with something so personal and significant has been challenging for me in the past. Finding someone who cares as deeply about my project as I do has been difficult, and I’ve generally made the decision to do things myself as a result. That’s when Kaylee and The Exceptional Plan came in.

She approached my project with the same dedication and care as if it were her own, demonstrating an impressive level of pride in her work. I did an indebt search for an authentic, professional Business Plan creator and The Exceptional Plan was the answer.
Kaylee was patient and very professional throughout the process. She told us she would always be there for all questions and concerns, after the final approval.

Loved working with The Exceptional Plan!  It was the personal experience I was wanting.  I'm starting a business and I didn't want a generic plan from a website.  The Exception Plan also has the connections I need to get things going.  They kept me in the loop weekly.  They were also able to come up with ideas, things I didn't think of.
