Who can become a Brand Ambassador?
Current and past clients of The Exceptional Plan who are active in their local entrepreneurial community and based in a major US city or international hub. We review every application to make sure it is a good fit for both sides.
How is this different from the referral partner program?
Referral partners are professionals like CPAs, attorneys, and lenders who send us clients as part of their practice. Brand Ambassadors are entrepreneurs and business owners who represent TEP in their city and refer other entrepreneurs from their personal and professional network. Ambassadors also get a personalized landing page, a preferred business listing, and additional perks that referral partners do not receive.
How much can I earn?
Commissions are tiered from 5% to 10% of the total project value. You start at 5% and move to higher tiers as you refer more clients. There is no cap on earnings.
What is the preferred business listing?
Your business gets a featured listing on our website with your logo, a description of what you do, and a link to your website. Every entrepreneur who visits The Exceptional Plan sees your business. It is free, ongoing exposure to our entire audience.
Do I need to be in a specific city?
We are prioritizing ambassadors in major entrepreneurial hubs in the US and internationally, but we are always open to applications from other locations. If you have an active network and believe in what we do, apply and we will talk.
What does my personalized landing page look like?
It is a branded page on our website at theexceptionalplan.com/ambassador/your-name. It introduces you as an ambassador, describes the services we offer, and gives your referrals a direct path to book a consultation. Every lead that comes through your page is tracked and credited to you.
How do I track my referrals?
We send biweekly status reports on all of your active referrals and hold monthly check-ins to review your pipeline and commission totals.
Can I also be a referral partner or white-label partner?
Yes. The programs are not mutually exclusive. Some of our ambassadors also participate in the referral partner or white-label programs depending on their business.
