CEO & Founder
Kaylee launched her first business at age eight. That early start shaped everything that came after: a career built on helping entrepreneurs turn ideas into real, funded businesses.
In 2021 she founded The Exceptional Plan, a full lifecycle business consulting firm that provides business plans, financial projections, pitch decks, funding strategy, fractional CFO services, accounting, marketing, and exit planning to entrepreneurs and small business owners worldwide. Under her leadership, the firm has helped clients across 65+ countries secure over $2.2 billion in funding with a 100% SBA approval rate.
Kaylee holds a formal education in marketing and brings a rare combination of strategic depth and hands-on execution to every engagement. She is not the CEO who disappears after the first meeting. She leads client relationships personally, reviews every major deliverable, and stays involved from start to finish.
Her long-term vision is to build infrastructure that helps lower the global business failure rate by 10%, eliminating the fragmented tools and conflicting advice that cause so many businesses to fail before they ever get a real chance.

Seth Kimble
Accounting Lead
Seth graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Finance in 2013 and went on to build a successful accounting and finance consulting practice. With over 13 years of business ownership experience, he brings real-world perspective to every client engagement.
At The Exceptional Plan, Seth leads the accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management practice. He specializes in fractional controller roles for organizations ranging from $500,000 to $30 million in revenue, with deep expertise in nonprofit accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.
Seth's approach is grounded in clarity and accuracy. He believes that business owners should never have to guess where their money is going, and that clean, reliable financials are the foundation of every smart business decision. Whether a client needs monthly bookkeeping, tax preparation support, management reporting, or strategic financial advisory, Seth builds a hybrid solution tailored to their specific situation and stage of growth.
His work directly supports The Exceptional Plan's Exceptional Scale program, where clients receive ongoing financial infrastructure that grows with their business.
Raju Jampani
Chief Technology Officer
Raju brings 16 years of experience building and scaling digital infrastructure for some of the world's most demanding platforms. As Lead Site Reliability Engineer at TikTok and Staff Engineer at GrubHub, he managed systems serving millions of users with zero downtime, giving him a rare depth of expertise in building technology that performs at scale.
At The Exceptional Plan, Raju leads all technology strategy and platform development. He is building the architecture that will power the next generation of business planning tools for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Raju's background in enterprise-grade systems engineering means that the technology behind The Exceptional Plan is built for reliability, security, and scale from day one.
