The Investor Ready Program.

Raising capital is not a single deliverable. It is a process. The Investor Ready Program bundles every material you need to run a professional fundraise: investor business plan, pitch deck, financial model, executive summary, one-pager, and data room preparation. Plus pitch coaching and investor meeting preparation. This is the full package for founders who are serious about raising capital.

The Reality of Fundraising
Most Raises Are a Numbers Game.
Here is what a typical fundraise actually looks like. Your materials have to work at every stage of this funnel, because at each step, most investors drop off.

Your materials are the only thing working for you when you are not in the room. This program makes sure they work.
How It Works
Four Phases to Investor Ready.
Each phase builds the next layer. By the end, you have everything an investor will ask for and the confidence to present it.
01
Phase 1
Fundraising Strategy
We define your raise: how much, from whom, at what terms, and on what timeline. We help you understand your valuation positioning and build the story investors need to hear.

02
Phase 2
Core Materials
Investor business plan and detailed financial model with unit economics, growth projections, and scenario analysis. The analytical foundation of your raise.

The Gap
Most Decks Never Get a Second Look.
Investors see hundreds of decks a month. Most get dismissed in minutes. The difference between a pass and a meeting almost always comes down to the quality of the materials.
3:44
Average time spent on a pitch deck
Investors do not read your deck cover to cover. They scan the first three slides and decide whether to keep going. Those slides have to be flawless.
1%
Of decks result in funding
The overwhelming majority of pitch decks never lead to a check. Weak financials, unclear narratives, and missing data room documents are the most common reasons.
70%
Of investor decisions are made before the meeting
Your deck, one pager, and financials are doing the selling before you walk into the room. If the materials do not hold up, the meeting never happens.
This program exists to make sure your materials are in the top 1%, not the other 99.

Common FAQs

You Ask, We Answer.

Frequently asked questions for The Exceptional Plan, including what we do and why we do it.

I already have a pitch deck. Do I still need this?
Maybe not the full program. We can review what you have during the consultation and recommend whether a full rebuild, a refresh, or a coaching only engagement makes more sense. You are never paying for work you do not need.
Do you help find investors?
We do not source investors directly. What we do is build the materials and strategy that make your outreach effective. We also help you identify the right types of investors to target and prepare you for those conversations.
What stage should my company be at?
The program works for pre seed through Series A and beyond. We adjust the depth and focus based on your stage. A pre seed founder needs different materials than a company preparing for Series A, and we build accordingly.
How long does the program take?
Typically 3 to 6 weeks depending on the scope. If you are on a tight timeline for a specific investor meeting or demo day, we can accelerate the process.
Does this include the financial model?
Yes. Phase 2 includes a full financial model with unit economics, revenue projections, scenario analysis, and a use of funds breakdown. It is built to hold up under investor scrutiny.
What if I have been pitching and getting no's?
That is one of the most common reasons founders come to us. We start by figuring out where the disconnect is. Sometimes it is the deck. Sometimes it is the financials. Sometimes it is the pitch itself. We rebuild whatever needs rebuilding.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Completely free. We talk through where you are, what you have, what you need, and whether this program is the right fit. No pressure, no obligation.
