The Immigration Visa Program.

Your visa petition is one of the most important documents you will ever submit. The Immigration Visa Program provides a complete, coordinated engagement that ensures your business plan, financial projections, and supporting documentation meet the specific evidentiary requirements of your visa category. We work directly with your immigration attorney and handle the business side so you can focus on your petition.

Common FAQs

You Ask, We Answer.

Frequently asked questions for The Exceptional Plan, including what we do and why we do it.

Do you write immigration legal petitions?
No. We are not an immigration law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We handle the business plan, financial projections, and supporting business documentation. Your immigration attorney handles the legal petition. We work together to make sure both sides align.
Do I need to have an attorney already?
We strongly recommend it. An immigration attorney is essential for the legal petition itself. If you do not have one yet, we can begin the business plan work and coordinate with your attorney once retained. We can also provide referrals.
How is an immigration business plan different from a standard one?
An immigration business plan is written specifically to meet USCIS evidentiary standards. It includes elements that a standard business plan does not, such as job creation projections, investment source documentation, marginality analysis, and organizational charts that demonstrate the applicant's role. Every section is built to support the legal arguments in the petition.
How long does the process take?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks depending on the visa category and the complexity of the business. If you have a filing deadline, let us know during the consultation and we will build a timeline around it.
Can you help if I received a Request for Evidence (RFE)?
Yes. If you received an RFE related to your business plan or financial projections, we can rebuild or supplement the documentation to address the specific issues raised by USCIS. We coordinate with your attorney to make sure the response is comprehensive.
I am an immigration attorney. Can I refer clients to you?
Absolutely. We work with immigration attorneys regularly and have a referral partnership structure in place. We handle the business plan and financials so your team can focus on the legal petition. Reach out through the consultation link and mention you are an attorney.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Completely free with no obligation. We review your visa category, discuss what documentation is needed, and give you a clear recommendation on next steps.
